We’re partnering with our friends at Maverick Beverage Company and tequila specialist Erin Ungerman for a guided tasting experience that explores the artistry of tequila — and the flavors that bring it to life.

Created exclusively for this event by Chef/Owner Angel Luna, each taco is designed to complement the unique character of its paired tequila style.

From the bright, crisp notes of Blanco to the warm complexity of Añejo, you’ll experience how aging, terroir, and tradition influence flavor — all while enjoying authentic, handcrafted tacos made the way they’re meant to be.

Throughout the evening, Erin will guide guests through the stories behind the spirits — production methods, regional nuances, and what makes each expression special — while Angel shares the inspiration behind the pairings.

This is not just a tasting. It’s a night of fun, friends, and storytelling.
